The conference ICIE-2019 is devoted to discussion of the latest achievements in the field of industrial engineering. It will be held in Sochi, the Russian Federation, on March 25-29, 2019. The conference is organized to promote interdisciplinary discussion and the presentation of research papers, summarizing research in technical disciplines in universities, research institutes, large industrial enterprises, scientific and industrial associations of the Russian Federation, as well as foreign authors, and research results obtained on the personal initiative of the authors.
